Yes. Business Profile settings let you add your logo and select brand colours so your job sheets and invoices look like they came from your business.

What is the difference between a job sheet and a timesheet?

A timesheet mainly records time. A job sheet records the wider job: the work completed, labour, materials, equipment, photos and other details needed for a customer record or invoice.

Is the AI Assistant available now?

Not yet. Day Worksheet AI is being designed and tested. The current app continues to use its existing job-sheet workflow while the assistant is prepared safely.

How is the planned AI Assistant intended to work?

The intended workflow will let you describe an update, review the assistant's proposal and confirm it before anything is added. These capabilities are planned and are not currently available in the released app.

Can I create invoices in Day Worksheet?

Yes. When a job sheet is complete you generate an invoice from it. The app totals labour, materials and equipment and produces a branded PDF you can email, share or save from your phone.

Does the app calculate VAT and CIS?

Yes. Day Worksheet automatically calculates hours, costs, CIS payments and VAT from the details you enter and the settings on your business profile. Always check the figures before sending, as you remain responsible for their accuracy.

Can the customer sign the work off?

Yes. The app supports electronic signatures, so the customer can sign against the completed work on site before you leave.

Can I record several operatives on one job?
