Can I charge plant hire to the customer?

Yes. Equipment is recorded alongside labour and materials, so hire appears on the job and flows into the invoice.

Can I show before and after photos?

Yes. Up to four images per sheet, which covers before, during and finished.

Does it handle VAT?

Yes. VAT is calculated from your entries and business profile settings. Check the figures before sending.
