Questions
Can more than one person be on the same job sheet?
Yes. You add multiple operatives with different trades and rates to the labour on a single job, and the totals reflect each of them.
Is this a team account with a login for each person?
No. One job sheet can list several named operatives with their own trades, hours and rates, which is a way of recording who worked on the job. It is not a set of separate staff logins or a shared live workspace. A subscription applies to the account that creates the job sheets. If you need individual logins for your team, ask us before you buy, as we would not advise sharing account credentials.
Does it handle CIS deductions?
The app calculates CIS from the details you enter and your business profile settings. Check the deduction against your contractor statement before sending.
Will the documents carry our branding?
Yes. Business Profile settings hold your logo and brand colours, and job sheets and invoices are produced with them.
