Can I record what I found as well as what I did?

Yes. Each sheet carries descriptions alongside labour and materials, so the condition found is on the record with the work.

Can a site contact sign for the visit?

Yes. Electronic signatures are captured on the phone at the end of the attendance.

Are the records kept on the phone?

Job records are held in the app on your device and produced as PDFs you send or save. Read the Privacy Policy for the full position on data.
