job sheet app for electricians
Board changes, rewires, fault finding and remedial work — priced by the hour, by the day, or added to a job as an extra.
Day Worksheet is a mobile job sheet app for electricians. You record hours against each board, circuit or property, list the cable, accessories and consumables used, attach before and after photos of the work, and take a customer signature on the phone. The finished sheet becomes a branded PDF and an invoice with VAT and CIS applied from your business profile.

| Type of work | What usually goes on the sheet | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Consumer unit change | Hours, unit and breakers, before/after photos, signature | Proves condition before you touched it |
| Fault finding | Time on site, tests carried out, parts fitted | Justifies hours on work with no fixed price |
| Rewire | Daily hours per operative, cable and accessories by room | Keeps a long job billable stage by stage |
| Remedial and extras | Day work entry, materials, customer sign-off | Stops extras being argued about at invoice time |
Most sole-trader electricians sit on Basic at 25 job sheets a month; two or three vans usually need Premium at 100.
